This policy explains what personal data this website and Adam's related practice collect, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).

What we collect, and why

We only collect what's needed to reply to you, run the training, or provide 1:1 sessions:

• Enquiry / application forms — name, email, and anything else you choose to write. Used to answer you and process your application. Legal basis: your consent and, once you enrol, performance of the training contract.
• Booking & payment — handled by an external provider ([[ Cal.com / Calendly / Fresha / application form provider ]]), not stored on this site. Their own privacy policy governs that data; a link to it is given wherever their booking widget appears.
• Testimonials — first name (and photo, if given) published only with your explicit permission.

How long we keep it
