Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website and Adam's related practice collect, why, and what rights you have over it, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018).

What we collect, and why

We only collect what's needed to reply to you, run the training, or provide 1:1 sessions:

• Application — name, email, and anything else you choose to write, collected through a Google Form. Used to answer you and process your application; Google processes and stores that data as our processor, governed by their own privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent and, once you enrol, performance of the training contract. There is no booking widget embedded on this site.
• Payment — by direct bank transfer once your application is accepted. No card or payment data is collected or stored on this site; the transfer itself is handled between you and your bank, governed by their own terms.
• Testimonials — first name (and photo, if given) published only with your explicit permission.

How long we keep it

Applications that don't lead to enrolment are kept for 12 months from your enquiry, then deleted. Once you enrol, records tied to the training (application, correspondence, payment confirmation) are kept for as long as Spanish law requires for tax and accounting purposes — generally 4 years under the Ley General Tributaria, and up to 6 years for commercial correspondence and books under Article 30 of the Código de Comercio — after which they're deleted unless we're required to keep them longer.

Who we share it with

Only Google (as the form provider named above), and, if legally required, Spanish tax authorities. We don't sell or trade personal data.

International transfers

Google Forms may process and store data outside the EU/EEA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection for this kind of transfer. No other tool used by this site transfers data outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it's wrong;
• delete it;
• restrict or object to how it's used;
• receive a copy in a portable format.

Email energencia.es@gmail.com to use any of these. If you think we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to Spain's data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
