Terms & Conditions
Last updated: [[ date ]]
These terms apply when you book or apply for the sound healing facilitation training, or a 1:1 session, through this website.
Who you're contracting with
[[ Adam's full legal name ]], NIF [[ NIF ]], [[ address, València ]] — trading as Energencia.
The training
[[ Short description of what's being sold: the training, its dates, format and price, or a link to the Price section for current details. ]]
Applying is not automatic enrolment — Adam reviews every application and confirms whether there's a place before payment is taken, in keeping with the small-group, selective format of the course.
Price and payment
[[ Early bird / standard price, what a deposit (if any) secures, and when the balance is due. State prices include Spanish VAT (IVA) where applicable. ]]
Your right to withdraw (EU/Spain consumer law)
If you're a consumer booking from within the EU, Spanish law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) normally gives you 14 calendar days to withdraw from a service bought online or at a distance, without giving a reason.
[[ State clearly: (a) if the training start date falls within that 14-day window, you may lose the right to withdraw once the service has started, if you expressly requested and acknowledged this when booking; or (b) if a deposit is non-refundable past a certain date, say so here in plain terms. This needs sign-off from a Spanish lawyer/gestor before the site takes real payments. ]]
Cancellations, refunds, missed sessions
[[ Your real policy: refund window, what happens if you cancel close to the date, what happens if you miss a session. ]]
Certificate
On completing the training, you receive a certificate of completion from Adam personally. This is Adam's own program — informed by the Peter Hess method, but it is not a Peter Hess certification and is never presented as one.
Complaints and disputes
If something's gone wrong, email [[ email ]] first so it can be sorted out directly. As an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform for purchases made online.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the courts of the consumer's own place of residence, as Spanish consumer protection law requires.
